RIVERSIDE STATION

An affiliate of BHI was awarded the development rights of the 22.6-acre Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (“MBTA”) Riverside Station parcel located in Newton, Ma which resulted in the execution of an 87-year ground lease with the MBTA and Commonwealth of Massachusetts.  The Riverside Station project has been approved for a 585,000SF mixed-use transit oriented smart-growth development located in the affluent suburb of Newton, Ma.  The development program includes 225,000SF office, 340,000SF residential, 20,000SF retail with an associated 1,080 parking structure.
